Chunky Monkey

So I know it's cliche, but boy does time fly! It seems like just yesterday that we were counting down the days until Finn's arrival, and he's already one month old.
With chunky cheeks, sweet smiles, and little baby grunts, he's changing every day. I look forward to watching him grow and learn, but certainly don't want it to happen too fast!
Here are a few pictures from his 1-month birthday...

Merry Christmas, Baby!

Little baby Piangerelli is back, and he's not so little anymore.
At 11 weeks, he is alert, smiling, and lots of fun. With daddy away on deployment, mom wanted some special pictures to send him for Christmas, so we included a few holiday props and an Army shirt, too. And who can resist a chubby baby in plaid?!
Here are some of my favorite shots from our session...

Sisters, Friends

On a beautiful fall afternoon I headed outside with these two adorable girls for more of a 'fun' session than a photo session. Three- and four-year-old girls aren't exactly good at sitting still, especially with lots of things to play with and explore, so we let girls be girls and photographed the fun. With bubbles, leaf piles, and lots of laughs, we certainly did more playing than posing.
I think we captured the fun personalities of this sweet pair. Take a look...

Sweet Baby Finn

Finneas joined our family on Tuesday, October 5th, and has brought nothing but joy to our house. His big brother and sister love to hold and snuggle him, and I'm pretty sure he loves them just as much. He is a good eater, a great sleeper, and the perfect addition to our family.

Here are a few pictures of our sweet new baby boy.

... and Baby Makes Three!

I met this lovely family at a park in Middleboro for an afternoon session. The old stone walls, quick moving streams, and tall grassy fields certainly made for a beautiful backdrop to our pictures.
This adorable curly-haired baby boy tried to eat everything in sight (including his hands, a baseball bat, and some tiny yellow flowers!), but the camera certainly loved his stunning blue eyes.

Here are a few preview pictures from our session:

Also, thank you to mom for bringing along a friend to help keep the baby smiling, and for agreeing to sit in the dirt even though she was wearing nice clothes and heels!
